Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Founder’s Office & Strategic Projects :

  • Lead and support high-impact special projects for the Founder / CEO including new business initiatives, performance tracking, and operational improvement programs.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic priorities.

Board & Investor Relations :

  • Manage all aspects of investor communications including updates, QBRs, and financial reporting.
  • Coordinate board meetings and Annual General Meetings (AGMs), including agenda planning, content development, and logistics.
  • Serve as the liaison between the leadership team and current / prospective investors.

    • Corporate Finance :

  • Lead the Annual Business Planning (ABP) process and develop long-range financial forecasts (1-year & 5-year plans).
  • Collaborate with business heads and finance teams to align assumptions and finalize business plans.
  • Support the CEO in preparing for key reviews with the Board, Investors, and Senior Leadership.

    • Corporate Development :

  • Drive inorganic growth initiatives including.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions - Support due diligence, deal evaluation, and transaction execution.
  • Spearhead core team member initiatives, including compliance, investor materials, and roadshow preparation.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • CA(compulsory),MBA from a reputed institution.
  • Experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Planning, Business Consulting or Investment Banking.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High ownership, agility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferences :

  • Former entrepreneur with hands-on business building experience.
  • Prior experience with Tier 1 / 2 Investment Banking Firms or Big 6 in their Deal / Transaction Advisory Division.
