Job Title : Manager Strategy

Reporting to : Head Strategy

Location : Mumbai

Profile Overview :

The Manager Strategy will be working closely with the

Head Strategy

and the

Director

of the Organization, to ensure that strategic goals and objectives are accomplished, operations run efficiently, and industry best practices are implemented. The role will provide additional support to executive leadership team, as directed. He / she will coordinate with internal and external resources to expedite workflows. The ideal candidate will have a management qualification from a premier institute, with a background of working on strategic growth projects and initiatives, preferably with any manufacturing Industry.

Responsibilities :

Plan and orchestrate work to ensure that Leadership Teams priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld

Should have worked closely with cross-functional teams for automation, process improvement

Driving strategic projects to improve operational efficiency

Prepare business cases and supporting financials for tapping new and upcoming business opportunities

Qualifications :

Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical / Electronics, Production

MBA from a premier college / university.

2 - 4 years in a Consultancy with experience in Manufacturing Function and Supply Chain (Demand plannings, Inventory Management, Logistics & Warehouse Management)

Required Skills :

Strategic thinking, growth orientation and drive for results

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems

Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects

Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and challenges
