City Head
Job Description :
As a City Head (BU) at Livspace, you will serve as the business owner for your city - responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and driving sustainable growth. This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of the Citys P&L (EBITDA), and direct accountability for Sales, Design, Execution, and Customer Experience.
You will be responsible for managing monthly revenues of ~100 - 150 Cr annually, and will drive EBITA growth while maintaining sustainable revenue growth with ~100+ team members. You will lead cross-functional teams, define and execute the city strategy, manage performance, and ensure operational excellence across all areas.
All City-level Sales, Design, and Operations teams will report directly to you. Additionally, you will be working closely with HR Business Partners, City CMMs, TA Leads, Channel Leads, Modular Design Support Teams, and other Central Function SPOCs to run the city holistically and deliver the desired EBITDA with sustained revenue growth.

Business & Growth Strategy :
- Lead with the mindset of a business owner revenue, growth, team, and experience
- Lead the overall business performance of the city with complete P&L and EBITDA accountability with a Minimum Revenue Goal / AOP
- Develop and execute strategies to drive profitability, growth, and operational excellence
- Monitor key business metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions proactively
Sales, Design & Last Mile Operations :
Own the complete customer journey - from first lead to project handoverAlign Sales, Design, and Execution teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality customer experienceEnsure cost-efficiency, design quality, and timely project completionImprove lead conversion, customer retention, and satisfaction through data-driven segmentation and engagement. Proactively generate referral business by delivering value and delight throughout the customer journeyWork with Channel Leads to strengthen pre-sale qualityExpand category penetration and offering through collaboration with Category Marketing ManagersChampion city-level initiatives that enhance operational excellence and improve EBITDALeadership & Team Management :
Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Managers, Business Managers, Design Leads, and city-level delivery teamsBuild a high-performance, customer-first culture driven by ownership and accountabilityFoster cross-functional alignment to ensure cohesive execution and city-level outputDefine the vision, align teams to city-level goals and targets, drive output.Partner with HRBP & TA for hiring, retention, and engagement initiatives like R&RExternal Skills And Expertise :
What We're Looking For
10 to 15 years of total experience, with strong business leadership exposureFull-time B.Tech / MBA from a Tier 1 InstituteProven track record of managing city-level P&L and EBITDA for the last 3+ yearsDemonstrated experience managing large teams (100+ members) for 3+ yearsStrong business operations backgroundHigh level of ownership, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilityExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAgility to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, evolving environmentWhy Join Livspace?
