Job descriptionSchedule meetings with potential investors. Attend networking events. Establish ongoing communication with investors. Create persuasive presentations. Schedule pitches and presentations with potential investors. Communicate investment thesis and strategy effectively. Coordinate information requests. Facilitate meetings between investors and the investment team. Ensure timely responses to investor inquiries. Discuss investment terms with investors. Negotiate fees and investment terms. Address investor preferences and requirements. Prepare offering documents and disclosures. Ensure compliance with securities laws. Review legal agreements with investors. Research industry trends. Analyse investor preferences. Evaluate competitive landscape. Prepare performance updates for investors. Share investment performance and adherence to objectives. Schedule regular reporting intervals. Coordinate with the investment team. Liaise with legal and compliance departments. Collaborate with marketing team for promotional materials.
