S.-based brokerage division is expanding, and we’re hiring experienced Freight Brokers who want to grow their book of business with the backing of a full-service logistics powerhouse.???? What You’ll DoProspect and secure new shippers using Google Maps, Apollo, , and other platforms.Cold call, email, and network to build strong relationships with shippers and carriers.Negotiate rates and contracts to ensure competitive pricing and profitability.Manage daily freight operations — from pickup to delivery — ensuring smooth execution and communication.Build and maintain a reliable carrier network for consistent service quality.Update all shipment details and documents in company systems.Track your KPI performance and meet / exceed monthly sales targets.Work with DAT, TMS, and CRM platforms for quoting, tracking, and client management.???? What You Bring2–5 years of freight brokerage or transportation sales experience (North American lanes preferred).A proven record of closing freight deals and managing shipper relationships.Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills.Proficiency in CRM, DAT, and TMS systems.Highly self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.????
