Job Title : Sales & Customer Service Representative
Key Responsibilities :
∙Respond to inbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a professional and timely
manner.
∙Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote offerings and close sales.
∙Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
∙Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency.
∙Process orders, forms, and applications accurately.
∙Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
∙Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
∙Collaborate with sales and support teams to resolve complex issues.
∙Meet or exceed individual and team sales and service targets.
Qualifications :
∙Previous experience in sales and / or customer service (2+ years preferred).
∙Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∙Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
∙Comfortable using CRM systems, email platforms, and MS Office Suite.
∙Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
∙High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education is a plus).
