Job Description :

Hiring for QMS / MR Manager

Experience : Min 6 Years inExperience in operating the quality management system & Integrated Management System (EMS & OHSAS) TPM Kaizen Writing procedures and processes to support the QMS development internal auditing and QMS documentation.

Salary budget : up to 7.00 LPA

Key Responsib ilities :

Preparation and maintenance of the company for IMS & ISO new version & Certification.

Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of the policies and procedures in the IMS to attain company objectives.

Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of existing policies and procedures necessary for the attainment of company objectives.

To increase awareness about TPM throughout the organization.

Plan and execute TPM training programs.

To organize the Best kaizen & suggestion Award on a monthly basis

To conduct Technical center training

To coordinate internal & external kaizen competitions

To Sustain TPM culture through systematic employee involvement

To implement the suggestion kaizen policy effectively & keep a record of the number of kaizens / e m p l o y e e / M o n t h .

To facilitate the formation of a small SGIA in consultation with the department head.

To organize SGIA presentations.

To keep updated TPM Gallery & Kaizen gallery on monthly basis.

To promote and sustain 1S 2S & TPM circles throughout the organization.

To carry out QM pillar activitie s to eliminate defects.
