I. Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about making a difference and eager to contribute to our team. Your role will be pivotal in showcasing Bekaert's technological Influence by providing exceptional solutions and services to our customers.

II. Roles and Responsibilities

• Customer engagement : Understand and anticipate customer needs, delivering solutions that exceed expectations. Be the key contact for customers, connecting Bekaert's technology with their R&D teams by addressing technical queries and steering new product industrialization projects.
• Project collaboration : you will work on collaborative projects with customers, enhancing our product offerings and creating unique value propositions.
• Technical support : Provide expert assistance in advanced steel-cord processability at the customer's end and represent the customer's voice within Bekaert.
• Relationship building : Foster strong, collaborative relationships with customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Global expertise utilization : Leverage Bekaert's global expertise to offer relevant, value-added services tailored to customer needs.

Lead Joint development projects with customers :
