Senior Designer (Bridal) [Urgent Search]

We are expanding our Bridal / India Couture Design Team and looking for a Senior Designer.

As a Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the brand and creating exquisite, one-of-a-kind pieces that showcase our commitment to luxury and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conceptualize and Design : Create original designs that embody the essence of luxury and cater to the preferences of our clientele.
• Sketch and Illustrate : Produce detailed sketches, illustrations, and mood boards to convey design concepts and guide the production process.
• Fabric Selection : Collaborate with the sourcing team to select the finest fabrics, embellishments, and materials that align with the creative vision of each collection.
• Pattern Making and Draping : Work closely with our skilled pattern makers and drapers to bring your designs to life with precision and attention to detail.
• Prototyping : Oversee the development of prototypes and samples, ensuring they meet quality and design standards.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with fellow designers, artisans, and the production team to ensure seamless execution of designs.
• Market Research : Stay up-to-date with fashion trends, market demands, and competitor offerings to ensure our designs remain innovative and competitive.
• Client Interaction : Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offer personalized design consultations, and provide a unique couture experience.
