Job Role :

The Insurance Motor Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales and promoting motor insurance products, assisting customers in selecting the appropriate insurance policies, and ensuring high-quality service throughout the sales process. This role requires excellent customer interaction, negotiation skills, and the ability to meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales Generation & Target Achievement :
• Actively pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote and sell a variety of motor insurance products to individual and corporate clients. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HNI customers, insurance company officials.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly explaining policy options, benefits, and terms.

Qualifications :

Any Graduation. MBA will be preferred
