Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer support.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams.Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends off.Skills Required
