Motadata - Technical Presales Consultant - ITSM / NMS / SIEM

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Presales Consultant to lead presales initiatives for IT Service Management (ITSM), Network Management Systems (NMS), and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions.

This role combines technical solution design, bid management, and client engagement. You will collaborate with sales, product, and delivery teams to craft robust technical proposals, respond to RFPs, and demonstrate solutions to enterprise and government clients.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Consulting & Presales Activities :

• Engage with clients (Government, PSU, and Enterprise) to understand technical requirements and business objectives.
• Design end-to-end ITSM / NMS / SIEM solutions using industry-leading platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Splunk, IBM QRadar).
• Conduct requirement analysis, gap assessments, and feasibility studies for solution customization.
