Overview

The Digital Platforms team is responsible for cultivating and managing Mastercard’s strategic partnerships with key players across the digital payments ecosystem. We enable the biggest names in tech, e-commerce, and financial services to build best-in-class solutions leveraging Mastercard technology and to deliver them at scale – solving real world problems for our partners and their customers.

Role

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our fast-paced, strategic team to manage and grow relationships with key global partners. This individual will enable our customers’ success by increasing the adoption of Mastercard products and services. This individual will be at the forefront of payment and financial services innovation delivering impactful and industry-leading capabilities to the market in collaboration with our partners. In this high-profile, customer-facing position you will :

• Be key team member responsible for one or more of Mastercard’s global partnerships with leading technology companies.
• Lead the day-to-day customer relationship including building and enhancing relationships with key stakeholders
• Help drive Mastercard’s go-to-market strategy with your partners across all Mastercard products and services.
• Identify new opportunities to expand our partnerships and evaluate and assess impact of these potential opportunities.
• Co-innovate with partners to build new product propositions through close collaboration with Mastercard product development and innovation teams.
• Help represent your customers’ and the market perspective internally at Mastercard
• Help lead all aspects of customer engagement and proposals (including crafting compelling RFP responses) and deal development (including business case development, commercial terms structuring, negotiations, and legal contracting) in close collaboration with key business partners (e.g., finance, legal, product, engineering) and regional teams.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include : insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.

Pay Ranges

San Francisco, California : $172,000 - $275,000 USD

New York City, New York : $172,000 - $275,000 USD
