We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager who can lead and deliver SaaS-based IT projects end-to-end. The ideal candidate should be skilled in managing multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, handling risks, and collaborating with technical teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and successful customer delivery IT automation projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate with developers, analysts, and automation specialists to ensure smooth project flow.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and maintain satisfaction.
• Support implementation of solutions using tools like Make, Zapier, Bubble.io, and RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
• Track progress reports of Team (Developers)
• Prepare documentation, project updates, and status reports.
• Contribute to testing and validation processes in collaboration with QA teams.
• Participate in project retrospectives and process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and status updates for management.
• Ensure delivery aligns with quality, scope, and deadlines.
• Drive process improvements and best practices in project execution.
