About the Role :
- Develop PRDs and user stories around the required features in specific formats, aligning stakeholders around the vision for the app.
- Execute the user journeys of the roadmap with internal stakeholders (like engineering, business, operations, design) and external stakeholders / vendors.
- Plan sprints and deliverables with a focus on the timely delivery of features as per the desired acceptance criteria.
- Analyse product performance post-launch and iterate on the same to keep improving the product experience.
- Work closely with the growth and marketing teams to drive downloads and investments.
- Collaborate with the external agency for all Digital Marketing activities to meet the monthly lead generation targets, organic traffic, and SEO performance.
- Oversee the management of all social media handles (content, posting, and comments).
- Understand user behaviour and the usage of the product to inform ongoing refinement of product vision and feature pipeline.
Must Have :
Growth and Ownership MindsetAbility to extract, analyse and communicate data.2+ years of experience working in insurance product management. Outstanding written and spoken communication skills inEnglish as well as the ability to articulate your thoughts really well.
Strong project management skills and ability to lead multiple high-profile projects of varying timelines simultaneouslyExperience working in a startup environment, or on ambitious zero-to-one projects in established organizations.Good to have : Ex-Founder is a big plus.
