Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance or equivalent (M.Com / CA Inter is an added advantage). 1–3 years of relevant experience (Freshers with strong knowledge may also apply). Proficiency in Tally, Zoho books, ERP / Accounting software and MS Excel. Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances is a must. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks. Excellent communication in English A professional, growth-oriented work environment. With trust, customer satisfaction, and quality at the core of our operations, we are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join us.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate books of accounts including ledgers, journals, and reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and invoicing.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings in a timely manner.
- Assist in bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and other stakeholders for compliance.
- Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation for export transactions and statutory compliance.
- Coordinating with various vendors for getting quotes and vendor finalisation.
- Handling Export documentations
- Any other admin related works.
