Role Overview

As our Digital Marketing Specialist , you’ll own the strategy and execution of campaigns that generate high-quality leads for both our Recruitment and Finance Outsourcing services.

You’ll manage digital funnels from awareness to conversion, collaborate with sales teams on lead nurturing, and use data-driven insights to optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities

🎯 B2B Lead Generation

• Develop and manage multi-channel lead generation campaigns across , Google Ads, and email automation .
• Build and optimize landing pages and lead magnets (eBooks, webinars, case studies) targeting HR leaders, CFOs, and business owners.
• Implement outreach campaigns using Sales Navigator and marketing automation tools.
• Create targeted content (posts, whitepapers, newsletters) that attract qualified B2B audiences.
• Segment and nurture leads through CRM and marketing automation workflows (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, ActiveCampaign).
