We’re expanding our digital presence and looking for a part-time Marketing & Content Associate to develop high-quality content that showcases our expertise and engages our growing audience.
Role Overview
You’ll help plan, create, and manage content across our marketing channels — from blogs and newsletters to and other social platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong writing skills, a sharp eye for branding, and a solid understanding of how to turn ideas into polished, engaging content. Your work will directly support HCCI’s visibility, thought leadership, and client growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
- Plan, write, and edit engaging content (blogs, newsletters, web copy, and social posts) that aligns with HCCI’s brand and business goals.
- Research and develop SEO-driven topics to increase website visibility and attract qualified leads.
- Maintain a consistent publishing schedule across all channels.
SEO & Website Optimization
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to guide content priorities.Optimize website pages, blog posts, and landing pages for search visibility and conversions.Track rankings, web traffic, and engagement to refine strategy and improve results.Social Media & Visual Branding
Create compelling content, including carousels, short posts, and infographics that position HCCI as a thought leader in HR outsourcing.Design branded visuals and templates in Canva to ensure a cohesive and professional online presence.Monitor engagement, respond to interactions, and grow the company’s audience organically.Lead Generation & Campaigns
Develop and execute digital campaigns that capture leads through gated content.Manage and update the email list; support creation of nurturing emails and newsletters.Track and report on lead activity, engagement, and conversion metrics.Collaboration & Reporting
Partner with leadership to align marketing priorities with sales goals.Maintain the content calendar and campaign tracker for visibility across the team.Provide monthly reports on SEO growth, content performance, and lead generation results.Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in marketing, communications, or digital content development.Proven ability to write and edit high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and drives engagement.Solid understanding of SEO strategy, keyword research, and content optimization best practices.Skilled in creating professional visuals using Canva or similar design platforms.Comfortable managing multiple projects with precision — organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.Working knowledge of marketing and social media growth strategies.Experience using marketing, sales or project management tools (e.g., Notion, HubSpot, Metricool, or Buffer) is a plus.Schedule & Compensation
