Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Learning & Development Manager to lead strategic training initiatives within our IT Services organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in technical training and upskilling, with a strong understanding of how learning drives business performance. This role is pivotal in driving employee capability development through innovative and impactful learning programs.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive learning strategies aligned with business goals and workforce needs.
- Develop and deliver technical and upskilling training programs tailored to various roles within IT services.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative metrics; continuously improve programs based on feedback and outcomes.
- Manage training budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in L&D to ensure programs remain relevant and future-ready.
Requirements
13–15 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 5 years in the IT Services industry.Proven track record in designing and executing successful technical and upskilling training programs.Strong grasp of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and digital learning platforms.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.Preferred certifications : CPTD((Certified Professional in Talent Development), APTD(Associate Professional in Talent Development), or equivalent in L&D or instructional design.Requirements
