Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on MDM Consultant with a strong background in Informatica MDM and / or Reltio MDM to design, implement, and support enterprise Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of MDM-specific experience, a strong foundation in data modeling, match / merge rules, governance, and integration, and must be flexible and eager to learn other MDM tools as required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead or support the development and implementation of MDM solutions using Informatica MDM (Hub / IDD) and / or Reltio MDM
• Perform MDM hub configurations, data modeling, match / merge rule tuning, survivorship rule setup, and trust configuration
• Configure and enhance IDD (Informatica Data Director) and / or Reltio UI for data stewardship, workflows, and validations
• Develop data mappings, transformation logic, and data validations aligned with business rules
• Interpret business requirements, define technical architectures, and convert them into robust MDM solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts, data stewards, source system owners, and data governance teams
• Define and implement data security, role-based access, and audit mechanisms
• Participate in use case design, test scenario definition, and support during testing and deployment phases
• Work closely with data architects to define and refine data architecture for master data domains
• Support performance tuning, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives in MDM environments
