Job description

Associate Program Manager Roles and responsibilities :

  • Working with senior business / Client stakeholders in structured way to identify business / process transformation opportunities & build project book of work
  • Working closely with business processes & stakeholders to understand improvement opportunities, create business case, convert to projects & implement with quantified business outcomes
  • Identification, Initiating & implementing high impact business transformation projects leveraging domain + Quality + technology knowledge
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to identify stakeholder need, align improvement projects / initiatives in line with stakeholder need along with strong execution & governance till project closure
  • Regular governance with key stakeholders on project progress via daily / weekly / monthly meetings
  • Understanding & implementation experience of LEAN Six Sigma methodologies like DMAIC, DMADV (Six sigma black belt certified), Lean / Six sigma project management, TQM
  • In depth Process & Risk Audits with working knowledge of risk frameworks
  • Execute and lead key projects delivering tangible results for the business
  • RPA / AI / ML & Business Analytics background to identify & support improvement opportunities. Working knowledge of same would be added advantage knowledge of Statistics, Data Analysis & Hypothesis testing
  • He / She should have strong capabilities in PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel and should be able to build domain expertise within team and lead from the front with the ability to work under pressure & handle multiple priorities.

Technical Skills :

  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM) with 12+ years of work experience.
  • Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope
  • Delivery of productivity gains, Risk elimination and identify and implement process improvements.
  • Possess strategic perspective, business acumen, action orientation and drive for results.
  • Ability to present and lead senior stakeholder's meetings
  • Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and stay relevant to business demands
