Looking for Telecaller in Coimbatore

Role : Telecaller Female Candidates Preferred

Location : Tatabad Coimbatore

Experience : Minimum 2 years in telecalling / customer engagement preferred.

Responsibilities :

Handle inbound queries with professionalism and resolve concerns.

Achieve daily / weekly call and conversion targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.

Provide excellent pre- and post-enrolments support to ensure student satisfaction.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in telecalling or customer engagement is a plus.

Candidates with experience in banking credit card sales or customer service preferred.

Ability to work proactively and meet targets consistently.
