Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Lead Manager (CRM Manager) to join our team at Chate Coaching Classes, Chinchwad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leads, maintaining student databases, coordinating with counsellors, and ensuring smooth communication between prospective students and the institute.

Key Responsibilities Handle and monitor all incoming leads from various sources such as online campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.

Maintain and update student and lead data in the CRM system accurately.

Coordinate with counsellors and branch staff to ensure timely follow-up on leads.

Track lead conversion ratios and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Identify gaps and suggest improvements in lead management and communication processes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students and parents.

Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and drive admissions.

Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in CRM, lead management, or customer relations (preferably in the education sector).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
