Electronic Automation Engineer

Mechknow Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a talented

Servo Motion Control Specialist

with

5–10 years of experience

in automation, robotics, and advanced motion systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Selection, installation, and tuning of

servo motors, drives, and controllers

Programming and configuring motion controllers / PLCs (Beckhoff, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc.)

Integration and maintenance of

LM Guideways, Gantry & Precision Track Systems

Implementing

multi-axis synchronized motion control

with high precision

Working with

feedback systems

(encoders, resolvers, sensors)

Troubleshooting servo and motion system faults, ensuring reliability and performance

Desired Skills : Strong background in

mechatronics, automation, and control systems

Expertise in

PID tuning, trajectory planning, inertia / load matching

Knowledge of

linear motion guideways, gantry track systems, and structural alignment

Proficiency in

Harnessing & Cable Routing

for motion systems

Hands-on with

3D Modelling & SolidWorks Electrical

for design and integration

Familiarity with industrial communication protocols ( EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus, CANopen )

Experience with CNCs, robotics, or simulation platforms (HILS, flight / target motion simulators)
