Role : HR Executive

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment and exposure to other HR functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, driving people initiatives, and contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles (sourcing → screening → interviews → onboarding).
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and support payroll & compliance.
• Assist in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Support performance management processes and training coordination.
• Work closely with leadership to enhance HR processes and operations.
