About The Role

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our performance marketing team. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced e-commerce environment and is passionate about creating compelling visual content that drives conversions. You will be responsible for designing high-impact static and video creatives across multiple digital platforms, with a focus on performance marketing campaigns that directly contribute to our revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Development & Optimization : Design engaging static and video creatives for performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms and leveraging campaign results to iterate designs.
• Brand Consistency : Ensure all creative outputs maintain brand consistency while adapting messaging and visuals for different audience segments and campaign objectives.
• Video Content Editing : Editing short-form video content, including product demos, testimonials, and animated graphics that drive engagement and conversions
• Collaboration : Work closely with the performance marketing team, copywriters, and product teams to ensure creative alignment with campaign goals and brand messaging
• Asset Management : Maintain organized creative libraries and ensure all assets are properly formatted for various platforms and use cases
• Trend Awareness : Stay updated on design trends, platform requirements, and competitor creative strategies in the health and wellness space
