Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Fiserv Signature Platform Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide expert support for the Fiserv Signature core banking platform, working with multiple modules to ensure smooth and reliable operations. You will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve issues, perform system maintenance, and implement upgrades. This is a managed services role requiring occasional on-call support for urgent incidents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for various Fiserv Signature platform modules.
• Work closely with internal teams and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitor platform performance and take steps to maintain stability and minimize downtime.
• Analyze and resolve escalated incidents, ensuring adherence to SLAs and business priorities.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and document findings with recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Assist with patching, upgrades, and deployment of new platform releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of Signature modules with other systems.
