Content Development & Enhancement
🧩 Collaborate with academic teams to design, review, and enhance preschool learning content and resources.
📚 Ensure materials align with ECCE frameworks and age-appropriate learning outcomes.
Pre-Sales & Product Demonstrations
💡 Partner with the business team to understand client needs and position solutions effectively.
🎤 Conduct engaging demos and presentations for school management and educators to showcase program value.
Client Engagement & Coordination
🤝 Act as a liaison between internal teams and client institutions for smooth communication and follow-ups.
📈 Track school engagement, feedback, and outcomes to support retention and growth.
Market & Product Insights
🔍 Stay updated on ECCE trends, evolving school needs, and competitor offerings to provide strategic inputs.
🚀 Support continuous product improvement based on feedback and field insights.
Reporting & Collaboration
🗂 Maintain accurate data on school interactions, demos, and academic activities in CRM tools.
🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally with business, marketing, and product teams to achieve organizational goals.
What we’re looking for :
🎓 Bachelor’s / Master’s in ECCE or related field
💼 2–5 years of experience in ECCE, academic operations, content development, or school coordination
💬 Excellent communication and presentation skills
