Hello!

We are seeking a fashion consultant for our luxury retail couture shop. It is an exciting role in which not only will you be meeting clients in person you will also be devising and implementing other marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Shop Floor Roles

Meeting our clients who walk in to our shop and promoting sales in order to achieve our store targets

Guiding our clients on how to style our ensembles

Providing excellent, polite and humble customer service

Conducting video call appointments

Conducting lives on social media

Following up enquiries and informing our store clients family about events, promotions etc

Managing the store and all store related activities

Marketing and Online Retail Roles

Planning and implementing marketing plans and strategies.

Communicating via whatsapp and social media to respond to enquiries

Marketing our promotions, merchandise and news via social media , whatsapp, our online store and others

Updating styles and information on our online store and communicating with our website clients and answering their queries

Qualifications

Excellent communication in English / Hindi

Polite, polished and having true understanding of customer service

Preference to diploma in fashion related field.

Minimum 1 year experience in fashion retail sector
