Associate Consultant / Consultant for machine learning and AI is a key member of the Risk Modelling Team and responsible for acting as an individual contributor in Design, develop, and deploy machine learning / AI models for predictive analytics.

Job title : Associate Consultant / Consultant

Location : Bangalore / Pune

Experience : 4 - 8 years of relevant experience

Major Duties

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and optimization tasks.
• Develop tools and agents using Co-Pilot / Co-Pilot Studio.
• Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Document model development lifecycle and ensure compliance with internal AI governance and risk policies
• Operates independently; has knowledge of banking balance sheets and income statements.
• Conducts analysis, independently ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Responsible for interaction with different committees and / or senior management.
