About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Automation Test Lead with strong expertise in Katalon Studio to lead our automation testing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust automation frameworks, while mentoring the QA team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the end-to-end test automation process using Katalon Studio.
• Design and develop automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define automation strategies and identify automation opportunities.
• Review, optimize, and maintain existing test scripts for scalability and reliability.
• Integrate automation testing with CI / CD pipelines and ensure smooth execution in continuous delivery environments.
• Prepare test documentation, reports, and metrics to track automation coverage and performance.
• Mentor and guide the automation testing team in best practices, tool usage, and scripting techniques.
• Troubleshoot automation failures and coordinate with development teams for timely issue resolution.
