About the Role :

We are looking for a Test Lead with strong expertise in quality assurance, automation frameworks, and modern testing strategies. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on technical skills with leadership capabilities to drive end-to-end QA strategy, mentor team members, and bring innovation through AI-based testing techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead QA strategy, planning, execution, and delivery for complex applications, ensuring high-quality and timely releases.
• Design and implement scalable test automation frameworks to support web, API, and mobile testing.
• Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Development, DevOps, and Product to define testing scope and integrate automation seamlessly into CI / CD pipelines.
• Leverage AI-based testing techniques, including :
• Generative AI for automated test case generation.
• Defect prediction and intelligent test selection to optimize coverage.
• Validation of AI / ML model outputs to ensure robust testing of intelligent systems.
• Establish and track quality metrics to identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across UI, API, backend, and mobile platforms.
• Drive adoption of new testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
