Experience and Skills
- 2-4 years of proven experience in (Non-IT Recruitment) blue-collar recruitment preferable.
- Track record of successful placements in roles such as machine operators, warehouse staff, assemblers, and technicians Preferred other non-It experience will also work except healthcare recruitment. Person should have good knowledge of UK Tax terms and Visas.
- A person should have experience hiring for any kind of non-IT roles into US / UK / EU market. And good knowledge of the requirements candidates had worked previously.
Technical Knowledge
Familiarity with the recruitment challenges specific to the non-IT recruitment UK blue-collar market, including regional labor trends.Understanding of manufacturing recruitment processes and the skill sets required for various roles within the sector.Soft Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and clients.Ability to handle high-volume recruitment while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance.Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing client requirements and market conditions.Total Experience Expected : 01-04 years
