MSD CRM senior developer

Your responsibilities

As a Developer for the Microsoft Dynamics CE, you will design individual digital solutions for requested business scenario based on state-of-the-art technologies and actively support our project teams by developing customer-specific industry and software solutions. In addition, you will provide support-related consulting services for our customers.

Main asks and responsibilities :

• 1. Solution Design & Development

Work with the architect to do development of custom modules, plug-ins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) .

Extend CRM functionality using C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS , and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) where required, in coordination with the architect

Develop and optimize APIs and integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems using Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management).

Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.

Implement security roles, business rules, and data management strategies .

Manage data migration activities

Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, system errors, and integration failures.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.

Support the CRM architect on technical documentation
