The Opportunity :

We are looking for a seasoned Project Management professional to be the vital link between project ownership and successful delivery.

As a Lead Project Manager, you will oversee the complete lifecycle of corporate interior fit-out projectsfrom conception to handoverwhile ensuring uncompromising standards of quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement project management frameworks tailored to the complexities of corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Apply industry best practices and methodologies for efficient planning, execution, and delivery.
• Define and enforce project control criteria across timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks early, and implement proactive corrective measures.
• Lead and inspire design and site delivery teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
• Act as the primary liaison for clients, vendors, and internal stakeholdersensuring clarity, alignment, and seamless communication.
• Conduct stakeholder meetings to resolve concerns, track milestones, and share project updates.
• Build and manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services; negotiate contracts as required.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
