Position : Senior Visual Designer

Location : Bangalore

Years of Experience : 3-6 years

About the Role

We are looking for a creative Visual Designer with strong expertise in PowerPoint design and video creation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, design aesthetics, and the ability to convert ideas into engaging presentations and multimedia content.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, leadership, HR, etc.) to understand requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
Design impactful and visually engaging PowerPoint presentations that align with business objectives and brand guidelines.
Develop custom templates, layouts, infographics, and icons to simplify complex information.
Conceptualize, design, and produce short-form videos, motion graphics, and explainer videos for internal and external communication.
Enhance storytelling by incorporating animations, transitions, and multimedia elements into presentations and videos.
Ensure consistency in design, branding, and messaging across all materials.
Stay updated on design trends, video editing techniques, and presentation best practices.

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience 3-6 years as a Visual Designer with strong skills in PowerPoint design and video creation.

Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.

Experience in designing corporate pitch decks, investor presentations, and marketing campaigns.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (Google Slides / Keynote experience is a plus).

Expertise in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

Experience in motion graphics, animation, and multimedia content creation.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools.

Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.
