JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities or expectations from the role :
- Should be Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting modules.
- Good Understanding and alignment with organizational goals and streamlining recruitment / onboarding processes.
- To Provide end-to-end support for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, resolving issues, and optimizing system performance.
- Collaborated with key stakeholders to define and document recruitment processes, ensuring effective integration with existing systems.
- Conducted end-user training sessions, creating, and delivering user-friendly documentation to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Exposure to lead the workshops of requirement gathering
- Exposure to change Management Activities for digitization like Change Agents, change management
- Should be involved in Project Plan Preparation for upgrade and gave a demo to the business regarding the new feature.
- Minimum 1 full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or experience in two SuccessFactors support engagements.
- Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes.
Minimum Qualification :
15 years of full-time education
