Compensation :  ₹18 – 24 LPA (CTC, depending on experience & role fit)

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Lead who can own our digital pathology product end-to-end — hardware, software, and AI.

You’ll translate clinical insight into product direction, align engineering and manufacturing, and ensure each release meets both clinical value and engineering excellence .

This is a hands-on leadership role — strategic enough to define the roadmap, and operational enough to make sure it ships beautifully and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the full product lifecycle : vision, roadmap, execution, launch, and iteration.
• Convert pathologist workflows into features that feel intuitive and clinically useful.
• Manage delivery across mechanical, optical, firmware, AI, and UI / UX teams.
• Coordinate daily execution — tracking progress, clearing blockers, and maintaining clarity.
• Engage with major stakeholders : investors, clinical collaborators, and key accounts.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and demos , communicating product value and roadmap with confidence.
• Work closely with regulatory and quality teams to ensure compliance and documentation readiness.
• Review field feedback and pilot data to continuously refine performance and usability.
