Analyst, Shopfloor Systems

Job Introduction

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Shopfloor System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and supporting the implementation of shopfloor tools, ensuring their usability, functionality, and performance. You will also collaborate with internal and external customers / partners.

Major Responsibilities

• Take ownership of work packages, including analysis and requirements engineering to support Shopfloor Tool initiatives
• Collaborate with agile product development teams, providing documentation and validating technical feasibility during refinement meetings
• Continuously improve usability, functionality, processes, and performance of IT products such as CMS, MES, and other shopfloor tools
• Assist in project management for shopfloor tool implementations
• Serve as the interface between production (key user / process owner), automation technology, IT, and other internal / external partners
• Participate in integration and functional tests and provide support during training activities with functional key users
