Roles and Responsibility :
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide value-added solutions.
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability targets for key accounts.
- Market Analysis : Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Sales Forecasting : Prepare accurate sales forecasts and report on key account performance against targets.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and product development teams to ensure alignment and execution of key account strategies.
- Negotiation and Contract Management : Negotiate terms and conditions with key accounts and manage overall contract compliance.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor account performance, providing regular updates to management and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Customer Insights : Gather and analyse customer insights and feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field;
MBA preferred.
Experience : 4+ years of experience in account management or sales in the FMCG sector, with a proven track record of managing key accounts. Should have knowledge of South India market.
