As we expand our commerce strategy offerings, were looking for a Quick Commerce SME to join us at the manager level , with the expertise to guide our clients in navigating this fast-moving, competitive space.
Role Overview :
As our Quick Commerce Subject Matter Expert, you'll be the strategic and operational driver behind how brands show up on Q-commerce platforms. Youll lead end-to-end planning, platform strategy, creative integration, and performance optimization for some of Indias most recognizable brands. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role with room to shape how quick commerce plays out across industries.
What Youll Be Responsible For :
- Act as the in-house expert on Q-commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon Fresh, etc.)
- Advise clients on platform-specific strategy, positioning, assortment, and promotional plans
- Work closely with content, design, and media teams to craft optimized listings, promo creatives, and campaign plans
- Analyze platform data, sales metrics, and consumer behavior to inform strategy and drive ROI
- Build scalable frameworks, playbooks, and processes for Q-commerce excellence across client portfolios
- Liaise with platform partners and stay ahead of updates, tools, and trends
- Support new business pitches and Q-commerce-focused growth opportunities
What Were Looking For :
10 to 12 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, brand / retail strategy, or shopper marketingMinimum 3 years of hands-on exposure to quick commerce platforms or online marketplacesStrong understanding of how FMCG / CPG brands operate in the rapid-delivery spaceAnalytical thinker with the ability to interpret data into strategic insightsStrong collaboration skills able to work cross-functionally with creative, media, and account teamsExcellent communication and client advisory skillsSelf-starter with a problem-solving mindset and adaptability in fast-paced environmentsWhy Work With Us?
