Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Cuttack. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations at the branch, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving business goals. Key duties include monitoring loan disbursals and collections, conducting regular staff meetings, and implementing strategies to improve branch performance.

• Experience in Branch Management, Business Development, and Operations
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Knowledge of Financial Products and Banking Services
• Proficiency in Data Analysis and Reporting
• Ability to work independently, with a focus on achieving targets
• Experience in the microfinance industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
