Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Bhubaneswar. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring team performance, and achieving business targets. Key responsibilities include managing staff, leading training sessions, developing business strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze financial reports and make data-driven decisions
• Knowledge of banking and financial services, particularly in vehicle financing and personal loans
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
