About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director in managing daily operations, communication, coordination, and administrative tasks across the company. The role involves both professional and limited non-business coordination tasks, requiring strong multitasking and follow-up abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the MD’s daily schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare and circulate meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.
• Handle email communication between the MD, internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth office coordination, timely updates, and follow-ups on tasks and deliverables.
• Draft, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain organized digital records, reports, and documentation.
• Manage travel-related arrangements including bookings, reservations, appointments, and logistics.
• Support general coordination tasks such as sending greetings, event planning assistance, and communication support.
• Ensure seamless coordination across departments in the manufacturing unit.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion at all times.
