RESPONSIBILITIES :

🔹️Developing Working Drawings (WD), Municipal Drawings (MD), detail drawings, and presentation decks.

🔹️Conducting regular site visits to monitor design execution and resolve on-site challenges.

🔹️Liaising with civic authorities to ensure timely approvals and smooth project flow.

🔹️Applying a sound understanding of UDCPR and NMMC regulations in documentation and design.

🔹️Coordinating directly with clients and consultants to bring projects from vision to reality.

🔹️Contributing to prestigious commercial, residential, and institutional projects.

🔹️Work closely with senior architects and consultants to support project delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS :

🔹️Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related fields.

🔹️Experienceof 1-2 years is mandatory

🔹️Strong command over AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office.

🔹️Willingness to travel for site visits and authority meetings.

🔹️Well-versed in local municipal norms and approval processes.

🔹️Organized, proactive, and comfortable working on fast-paced, large-scale projects.
