Role Description :

We are looking for talented and detail-oriented Architects to join our team for our developer’s office projects. The role involves end-to-end involvement from design concepts to execution, ensuring high-quality architectural outputs that align with project requirements and timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for office and real estate projects.
• Coordinate with developers, contractors, and project managers to ensure smooth execution.
• Oversee on-site execution and ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Prepare design presentations, working drawings, and technical documents.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Skill Set Required :
• Proficiency in architectural design and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, materials, and site execution.
• Creative design thinking with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
