Key Responsibilities :
- Manage day-to-day operations of allocated sites, ensuring adherence to SML and client quality standards and procedures
- Execute all site operations within the allocated time frame
- Oversee and ensure timely completion of all site-related administrative activities
- Manage site expenses efficiently within the budget provided by the Zonal Operations Manager (ZOM)
- Monitor proper completion, client verification, and timely submission of all operational log sheets to relevant stakeholders
- Ensure all mandatory documents related to cranes, manpower, trailers, and other assets are maintained, updated, and submitted to relevant stakeholders as per statutory and client requirements
- Send timely acknowledgement for material receipt at the site to concerned stakeholders
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth mobilization and demobilization of cranes to and from sites
- Ensure readiness for crane loading / unloading operations, including support crane arrangements, space for assembly, and site compaction requirements
- Maintain accurate onsite employee attendance records and ensure timely submission to Head Office for salary and overtime processing
- Ensure prompt submission of crane crew members' planned leave applications to the HR department
- Provide adequate operational support to crane crew, maintenance, and EHS teams for seamless site functioning
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoicing documents to the client and follow up for acknowledgement and invoice booking in the client's finance system
- Ensure deployment certificates and first-day log sheets are submitted to relevant stakeholders on time
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction at site operations
- Ensure 100% compliance with SML safety policies, procedures, and regulations
