Cloud Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking an experienced Technical Service Manager to govern managed cloud customer relationship management from a technical perspective.

This role serves and delights end-customers by providing quality services to satisfy their needs and resolving technical complexities throughout their entire lifecycle in the cloud environment.

The successful candidate will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include migrating, upgrading, or networking for our clients.

To be successful, you will have :

• SAP Basis & Infrastructure : 6-8 years of experience required
• SAP Migration : 2+ years of hands-on experience with cloud integration knowledge
• Hyperscalers : Azure, AWS, GCP experience mandatory
• Certification : SAP Migration / Upgrade / ZDO method an added advantage
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written English skills essential
