Understand the team requirements and translate those into a job description.Conduct all stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and platforms, job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach to identify high-quality candidates.Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.Facilitate structured interviews, coordinate assessments, and ensure consistency in the selection process.Build and nurture a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to proactively address current and future talent needs.Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.Required Qualification
2-3 year of Talent Acquisition experience; extra credit if you're excited about shaping your TA career in a deep-tech startup environment.Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse, Ashby, Darwinbox, or similar.General Requirements
