Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager / Senior Manager – Corporate tax. As a Manager / Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the direct tax compliance, litigation and consulting work for our clients. This includes ensuring timely and accurate filing of income-tax / withholding tax returns, handling income-tax assessments / appeals, providing expert advice on income-tax and regulatory matters, and assisting with tax planning and strategy. You will also be involved in developing and maintaining strong client relationships, managing a team of professionals, and staying updated with the latest income-tax regulations and changes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in income-tax compliance and advisory with 5-8 years relevant experience.
• Experience in handling income-tax assessment and appeals
• Expertise in income-tax planning and strategy including cross border advisory
• Ability to interpret and apply complex tax laws and regulations
• Experience in managing a team of professionals
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional qualification like CA or lawyer

Office is located in South Bangalore and the candidate is expected to work out of office location at least 2-3 days a week.
